More about me...

If I am being honest, Honeydew Beading started out as just a hobby but has grown into so much more. To be able to share my love for jewelry-making with others and to offer unique, handcrafted pieces that are both visually stunning and high-quality, makes them a perfect, meaningful gift for yourself or a loved one. I strive to create versatile designs that can be cherished for years to come, whether it's a dainty bracelet, an eye-catching necklace, a statement pair of earrings, or a gorgeous anklet to wear every day, a special occasion, or a custom piece personalized to you!

Growing up in a small town, I was fortunate enough to have a neighbor who taught me how to craft such unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. This was when I discovered my passion for my business and how beads can be transformed into exquisite pieces of wearable art. This spark is what eventually igniting the passion and drive in myself to turn crafting these beautiful handmade pieces into something more than just a hobby.

I have always been captivated by art and have always loved crafting handmade gifts for family members and friends. Being able to turn this love into a jewelry-making business has been one of my greatest personal accomplishments. Honeydew Beading has given me a way to not only express myself, and help others express their unique personality and style. It warms my heart to not only see my family and friends also repping my business by wearing my pieces. But having other people wearing my pieces is so uplifting and encouraging to keep growing and expanding Honeydew Beading.

After graduating from Catholic Memorial High School, I originally intended to attend Carroll University being a direct admit into the physical therapy program as well as a direct admit into the nursing program. But after the summer of traveling around Wisconsin just starting out my business, I completely changed my mind.  I knew I wanted to pursue my passion further and decided to enroll at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and am now a marketing major with a professional selling emphasis at UW-Whitewater. The dynamic field of marketing appealed to me because it seamlessly blended creativity with strategic thinking to allow myself to explore different avenues to promote and grow my business/ professional career.

As a marketing major at UW-Whitewater, I am continuously honing my skills and knowledge to propel Honeydew Beading to new heights. I am passionate about understanding consumer trends, implementing effective marketing strategies, and fostering meaningful connections with customers. It is my goal to not only create stunning jewelry but also provide an exceptional shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Honeydew Beading has given me unique work experience that sets me apart from my peers for future jobs. Throughout the journey of creating my business I have applied many previous skills in photography and experience with video and photo editing software to be able to create a platform to reach more people outside of the Wisconsin Shows and events I participate in. At the same time giving previous customers an easier way to contact and comeback for more! I have learned so much about marketing, photography, manufacturing products, online website designing a website, and how much organization is a key factor to success throughout this adventure.

I am beyond grateful for the support and encouragement I have received on this journey, and I am excited to share my creations with you. Whether you're looking for a unique piece for a special occasion or searching for the perfect gift for a loved one, I invite you to explore the site and see what Honeydew Beading has to offer.

Thank you for joining me on this artistic adventure. Together, let's adorn the world with beauty, one bead at a time.

With love and creativity,
